2000年5月中国证监会主席周小川曾明确提出,要采用“超常规、创造性”的思路发展投资基金,大力推进开放式基金的设立和发展。此后,设立开放式基金的呼声便日益高涨,各家基金管理公司纷纷摩拳擦掌,如火如荼地展开了开放式基金的准备工作。一时间,各家基金管理公司上报的开放式基金设计方案成为集中展示自身总体实力的舞台。这其中,华安基金管理公司的表现最为引人注目,一举拔得了首只开放式基金试点单位的头筹。
May 2000 China Securities Regulatory Commission Chairman Zhou Xiaochuan made it clear that we should adopt an “unconventional and creative” thinking to develop investment funds and vigorously promote the establishment and development of open-end funds. Since then, the call for the establishment of an open-end fund has been on the rise. Various fund management companies have been gearing up for preparations for opening-up funds in full swing. For a time, various fund management companies reported that the design of open-ended funds has become a stage to showcase their overall strength. Among them, Hua An Fund Management Company’s performance is the most striking one by one, won the first fund-raising pilot open-ended fund.
