中温盐爐是热处理車間使用最广泛、最重要的加热設备之一。但它的温度一般要靠工人的經驗來控制,因而容易产生偏差,以致于影响工件的加热質量。我厂热处理工人計凤光同志苦心鑽研,在技术人員的协助下,在中温盐炉上試驗成功自动控制爐温的装置。經过生产上正式应用,証明这种装置性能可靠,所控制的温度准确度达±20℃。这样就在大地发揮了爐子的效能,提高了加热效率,同时保証了工件的加热質量。
