目的观察护理专案在提高手术室无菌物品规范化管理中的应用效果。方法通过对护士因素、管理因素、材料因素及环境因素进行原因分析,发现问题,制定针对性改善措施并实施,评价护理专案改善效果。结果护理专案改善后手术室无菌物品管理与使用缺陷率由18.9%下降至6.1%。手术物品准备时间、取放物品时间、整理物品时间及检查物品有效期时间均明显缩短,无菌物品重复消毒数量减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论运用护理专案规范手术室无菌物品管理,可提高工作效率,节约成本,保证患者安全。
Objective To observe the effect of nursing project in improving the standardized management of sterile goods in operating theater. Methods By analyzing the causes of nurses, management factors, material factors and environmental factors, the author found the problems, made targeted improvement measures and implemented them, and evaluated the improvement effects of nursing specialties. Results After the improvement of the nursing project, the management and usage defect rate of the sterile goods in the operating room decreased from 18.9% to 6.1%. The preparation time of surgical items, the time of taking and releasing items, the time of arranging items and the period of validity of the inspection items were significantly shortened, while the number of repeated sterilized items of sterile articles decreased. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Nursing programs to regulate the management of aseptic articles in the operating room can improve work efficiency, save costs and ensure patient safety.
