其实,我们每一个人都当过学生,都曾经遇到一个或几个难忘的“仰之弥高”的教师,都曾经被这些教师的人格所感染,甚至影响到自己的一生。几年前,我也成为了一名人民教师,这几年的教书生涯让我深深地体会到,教师对于学生的教育,就是一个关于“爱”的教育。“爱”是一个永恒的主题。我时刻用这句话提醒自己:“你对学生的爱、你的一言一行都会折射出你的人格内涵,而你的人格则会影响你的学生的一生!”所以,我把研究的题目定为:用师爱开启心灵——对一个纪律涣散学生的个案研究。
