由华中师范大学教授、博士黄爱峰精心写作的《体育教育专业的发展与改革》一书由华中师范大学出版社在2008年1月出版,是作者对我国体育教育专业的相关问题进行综合性思考和分析的学术专著,具有诸多的创新性和开拓性。该书以当前高等教育改革和国际体育教育为研究背景,在体育教育专业的科学发展与改革创新的理论命题下,围绕解决体育教育专业学科发展中出现的诸多问题,以构建当代中国高校体育教育专业的科学发展方略为宗旨,抓住破解推进体育教育专业发展与改革研究主题,以自身丰厚的体育教育经验、科研经验和体育教育专业学科的知识积淀为基础,以体育教育专业领域的重大问题为研究单元,通过实证分析和学理探讨,进一步明确了体育教育专业发展和改革理论与实证研究的突破方向。
