高职院校将培养学生职业能力与综合素质作为主要的教育模式,突出培养和训练学生学习和解决问题的能力,从而向“以实用技能为中心”的素质教育模式发展。文章设计选取了学习能力、自身素质及职业兴趣趋向三个模块进行问卷调查,通过调查数据的统计分析,了解当前高职院校新生的综合素质及个性差异,提出基于差异的应对策略研究,为有效开展高职教育教学改革提供依据。
The vocational colleges regard the cultivation of students’ professional ability and overall quality as the main mode of education, highlighting the ability of cultivating and training students to learn and solve problems, so as to develop the quality education mode of “practical skills as the center”. Through the statistical analysis of the survey data, we can understand the comprehensive qualities and individual differences of freshmen in vocational colleges at present, and put forward the research on coping strategies based on the differences. Effectively provide the basis for teaching reform in higher vocational education.
