当今我国正处于社会转型期,社会公共事件时有发生,引起公众舆论强烈反响,特别是通过QQ、论坛、微博、微信等新媒介传播,对社会舆论格局产生巨大冲击。如何有效应对,维护社会稳定,化解和减少危机造成的社会损害?政府等公共部门的应急机制和舆情管理水平非常关键,同时传统媒体应承担起正确引导舆论的重任。
Nowadays, our country is in a period of social transformation and social public events occur from time to time, arousing strong repercussions from the public opinion. Especially through new media such as QQ, forums, Weibo and WeChat, this has a tremendous impact on the social media landscape. How to effectively deal with and maintain social stability, resolve and reduce social damage caused by the crisis? The government and other public sector emergency response mechanisms and the level of public opinion management is critical, and traditional media should assume the important task of correctly guiding public opinion.
