本文以上界法对实验研究的无缝铝合金车圈环轧力及力矩进行了公式推导和计算,文中除考虑了金属内部变形功和剪切变形功外,还考虑了表面摩擦功和附加弯曲变形功的影响。计算结果与实验结果基本相符,由于计算时将上界算式归一化成各工艺因素参数的函数,从而可以清楚地讨论环轧工艺因素的影响,以及诸轧制方式对轧制力的影响,本文为环件轧制的设备设计、环轧工艺参数的选择确定了参考范围,也为环件轧制的研究和生产提供了重要的理论依据。
