目的 分析在细菌感染中联合检测与C反应蛋白(CRP)与降钙素原(PCT)的应用价值.方法 选择2019年5月-2020年8月内,对象为细菌感染者50例为A组,另取同期病毒感染者50例为B组,50例健康体检者为C组.所有对象均检测PCT、CRP.比较各组检测结果.结果 各组对象对比PCT、CRP等水平的数据结果显示A2组更高(P<0.05).A组治疗前后对比PCT、CRP等水平的数据结果显示治疗后降低显著(P<0.05).结论 在细菌感染中联合检测与CRP与PCT的效果显著,即可对感染疾病及其类型予以及时有效诊断,可指导及时、正确、合理治疗,还有利于判定患者预后和疾病进展,需予以重视.
