沈阳市公安局经保分局黎明治安派出所倾心致力于领导班子建设和队伍建 设,严格考核激励机制,将日常管理工作纳入到科学化、规范化、制度化的轨 道上,充分调动每个民警的工作热情,激发活力,提高工作效率,全所上下形 成了团结和谐的人文氛围。派出所坚持“预防为主、单位负责、突出重点、保 障安全”的经保工作方针,与企业保卫部门既有分工,又有协同,积极为企业 排忧解难。所领导经常深入基层进行调研和走访,在安全管理、厂区稳定、警 风警纪、服务质量等方面广泛征求意见和建议,积极探索新时期经保工作的新 方法、新思路,全力维护企业内部的安全和稳定。派出所的工作受到企业领导 的高度重视,主动资助派出所改善办公条件和车辆装备等设施,不断谱写警企 合作,警企一家的新篇章。派出所于2004年被评为沈阳市经保系统“人民满意 单位”,2005年被评为”正规化建设示范所”。
