2011年1月28日,这一天,人们期待了十多年的房产税不期而至。突然之间在重庆上海两地,以两个思路相同程度不同的版本,同时宣布开征。而这只是中国房产税开征的两个试点城市,征收的办法也只是试行办法。中国房产税究竟该如何征收,还是一个中国之问。于是,我们该如何评价重庆和上海的房产税开征?对于这个问题的讨论,在中国的房产税尚未成型之际,便显得尤为重要。
January 28, 2011, this day, people expect the real estate tax for more than a decade unexpectedly. Suddenly in Chongqing, Chongqing and Shanghai, with two different versions of the same level of thought, at the same time announced the levy.
