急性阑尾炎是妇女妊娠周期中最常见的外科并发疾病之一,发病率与非妊娠期基本相同,国内资料为0.3%～1.0%,妊娠各期均可发生急性阑尾炎,发生几率无明显差别[1]。妊娠期急性阑尾炎临床表现往往不典型,病情发展快,并发症多,给临床医师诊断增加了难度,也增加了孕妇和胎儿的死亡率[2-3],所以及时准确的诊断和积极有效的治疗就尤为重要。我院采取中西医结合治疗妊娠期阑尾炎56例,疗效满意,现总结报告如下。
Acute appendicitis is one of the most common surgical complications of pregnancy in women. The incidence is basically the same as that of non-pregnant women. The domestic data are 0.3% ~ 1.0% .Acute appendicitis can occur during pregnancy, and there is no significant difference [1 ]. Clinical manifestations of acute appendicitis during pregnancy are often not typical, the rapid development of the disease, complications and more difficult for clinicians to diagnose, but also increased the mortality of pregnant women and fetuses [2-3], so prompt and accurate diagnosis and positive and effective Treatment is especially important. In our hospital, 56 cases of appendicitis during pregnancy were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, and the results were satisfactory.
