建立了HZY型振动运输机力学模型,运用相对运动原理对其振动规律进行了分析,探索了产生扭转振动的原因,推导出了稳定同步振动的运动方程,并提出了实现稳定同步运转的判据及相应的技术措施.这对采用双电机进行自同步振动机的设计具有指导意义.
The mechanical model of HZY vibration transporter is established. The vibration law of the HZY vibration transporter is analyzed, and the reason of torsional vibration is explored. The motion equation of steady synchronous vibration is deduced and the criterion of stable synchronous operation is put forward. Corresponding technical measures. This is instructive for the design of a self-synchronized vibration machine using a double motor.
