泥砂密封在国内外是一个棘手的密封技术难题。本文介绍了平面浮封的边界摩擦和球面浮封的全液摩擦及因泥砂粒度的不同而对浮封产生的低应力冲刷型磨料磨损、高应力碾研型磨料磨损以及减缓磨料磨损的途径。通过试验,证明国产压铸浮封,显现了良好的摩擦磨损特性和密封特性。在花岗岩浆中运转1475公里后测量,平均磨损率为0.0093μ/h,平均泄漏量为0.087ml/h,测算寿命6~8年。
Sand sealing at home and abroad is a tricky sealing technology problem. This paper introduces the whole liquid friction of the surface floating seal and the spherical floating seal and the low stress erosion abrasive wear, the high stress grinding abrasive wear and the abrasive wear reduction of the floating seal due to the difference of the sand granularity. Through the test, it proved that the domestic die-casting floating seal, showing a good friction and wear characteristics and sealing characteristics. After running for 1475km in granite magma, the average wear rate was 0.0093μ / h, the average amount of leakage was 0.087ml / h, and the estimated life expectancy was 6-8 years.
