图1为“特温-比尤特(ТвииБьюттс)选矿厂采用的碎矿、磨矿和铜钼混合浮选工艺流程。该厂碎矿为四段一闭路,最后一段的产品粒度可达到-16毫米,这种流程在目前铜矿的选矿实践中是少见的。由于矿石硬度极不均匀,因而有可能分离出来具有稳定物理性质的砾石和得到合理的棒磨机的给矿粒度。以棒磨机进行开路磨矿(第一段)和以砾磨机与水力旋流器构成闭路磨矿(第二段)所组成的两段磨矿是以精确地半工业性试验和以比尤特选矿厂(也属于阿纳康达公司)的相类似的工艺流程之生产实践为基础的。
