摘要:线上消费的无理由退货行为已日趋规范,相比之下,线下购物无理由退货制度还处于起步阶段。论文结合苏州市线下购物无理由退货工作开展经验,明确了线下购物无理由退货标准化建设的方法,对苏州市地方标准《放心消费 线下购物无理由退货服务规范》重点章节进行解读,并给出了线下购物无理由退货标准化的意义。

Standardization Practice and Exploration of Return without Any Reason for Offline Shopping in Suzhou City

Abstract: The behavior of returns without any reason for online consumption has become increasingly standardized. In contrast, the returns without any reason system for offline purchases is still in its infancy. Based on the experience of Suzhou offline shopping returns without any reason work, this article clarifies the method of standardization of offline shopping returns without any reason, and interprets the key chapters of the Suzhou local standard "Reassured Consumer and Offline Shopping Unreasonable Return Service Specification", and gives the meaning of the standardization of returns without any reason for offline shopping.
