这两年,一度备受冷落的中部地区再次热闹起来。中部地区之所以引人关注,源自中部的一度之痛。先是“中部塌陷”的危机,后是“不东不西”的尴尬,中部陷入了多重挤压的困境。“有差距就有谋划和发展的空间”。当换一种角度考量时,“不东不西”成了“左右逢源”。于是,以比较优势取胜的“田忌赛马术”在中部六省发展战略的定位中演绎出一个个现代版本。
