报刊用于课堂教学(Newspapers in Education)作为一个国际研究项目始于1955年,其主要目的是为了提高学生对语言的阅读和读写能力,从而提高报纸在学校的运用价值。中国日报社二十一世纪英语教育传媒从2003年开始就致力于将旗下的《21世纪学生英文报》系列报纸推广到中小学英语课堂,目前全国有6000多所中小学在使用该系列报纸开展报刊教学课程和课题研究,经过十几年的摸索和推广已经探究出系列报刊教学模式。本文从英文报刊教学的模式入手从合作式教学模式、任务型教学模式、口语教学模式、多媒体辅助型教学模式来解析报刊教学,有效地促进了学生听、说、读、写综合能力。
Newspapers in Education As an international research project started in 1955, its main purpose is to improve students’ ability to read and write the language, so as to improve the newspaper’s value in school. Since the beginning of 2003, China Daily Newspaper has been dedicated to promoting the series of newspapers in the 21st Century Students ’English Newspaper to primary and secondary schools’ English classrooms. Since the beginning of 2003, more than 6,000 primary and secondary schools across the country have been using this series of newspapers Newspaper teaching courses and research projects, after more than 10 years of exploration and promotion have explored a series of newspaper teaching mode. This paper analyzes the teaching of newspapers and periodicals from the modes of cooperative teaching, task - based teaching, oral teaching and multimedia - assisted teaching from the mode of teaching English newspapers and magazines, which effectively promotes students’ comprehensive abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
