本文简要介绍高压水射流发生装置的工作原理和设计制造的技术关键。论述了连续射流和脉冲射流的破岩原理。由于射流压力,横移速度和射距对切槽深度有很大影响,在进行高压水射流设备的设计和操作时,应该注意恰当地控制这些参数。高压水射流破岩的比能比机械破岩法大,这是个缺点,但如果把水射流与机械或热力破岩法相结合,就可以化不利为有利,使比能降低。高压水射流的功率密度大,它在单位时间内可以把巨大的能量输送至工作面,具有很高的潜在钻速。又由于水能灭火和除尘,工作环境比较安全和卫生,对工人身体健康也很有利。
This article briefly introduces the working principle of high-pressure water jet device and the key technology of design and manufacture. Discusses the broken rock principle of continuous jet and pulse jet. Due to jet pressure, traversing speed and shot distance have a significant effect on the depth of cut, care should be taken to properly control these parameters when designing and operating high pressure water jet equipment. High-pressure water jet breaking rock than mechanical rock breaking method is large, which is a drawback, but if the water jet and mechanical or thermal rock breaking method combined, can be adverse for the benefit, the ratio can be reduced. High-pressure water jet power density, it can send huge energy per unit of time to the face, with a high potential drilling rate. And because water can extinguish fire and dust, the work environment is safer and healthier, which is also good for workers’ health.
