育才的学生人人平等家长把孩子交给育才这个有革命传统的学校,就百分之百放心了。无论家长官大官小,育才的孩子一律平等。1956年以前,学校是包干制。只要把孩子送到学校,吃、穿、住都不用管。1956年以后,工资制改革,只开学时交一笔学杂费、伙食费和置装费,其他就不再收任何费用。我从小学毕业考初中,初中毕业考高中,填写升学志愿的事,都是老师帮助写的,家长连问都没问过。进城后,学校仍然有十几个孩子找不到父母。其中有几名父母都牺牲了,是真正的烈
