1991~1993年采用17个水稻品种和174个浙江省稻瘟病菌菌株,研究了日本的13个单基因品种对浙江省小种的抗性表现,以及慢瘟性与单基因品种的关系。结果表明,Pi-zt基因抗目前的多数菌株,其毒力频率为4.02%;供试的单基因品种不具有慢瘟性,并分析了抗瘟基因的利用前景和今后抗瘟育种的对策。
From 1991 to 1993, 17 rice cultivars and 174 isolates of Magnaporthe grisea from Zhejiang Province were used to study the resistance performance of 13 japonica cultivars from Japan to Zhejiang race and the relationship between the blast resistance and single-genotypes. The results showed that Pi-zt gene was resistant to most of the strains at present, with a virulent frequency of 4.02%. The single-genotypes tested did not have the slow-onset blast, and analyzed the utilization prospects of the blast-resistant genes and future blast-resistant breeding Countermeasures.
