通过对木兰溪中上游河道上灌溉拦河坝的建设对汛期洪水的影响及实例分析,提出整合灌区布置、结合小流域治理,协调灌溉与防洪矛盾等的措施建议。
Through the analysis of the influence of the construction of the irrigation barrage on the middle and upper reaches of the Mulan River on the floods in flood season and the case analysis, some suggestions are put forward to integrate the layout of irrigated areas, combining with the management of small watershed, and coordinating the contradiction between irrigation and flood control.
