目的:探讨局麻清醒状态下开颅的可行性。方法:对局麻清醒状态下开颅手术的8例凸面脑膜瘤患者的临床资料及手术效果进行分析总结。结果:手术过程顺利,8例患者肿瘤均全切,仅有1例患者术中发生自限性部分性癫痫发作,其余未见严重不良反应。结论:局麻清醒状态下开颅切除小型凸面脑膜瘤是安全可行的。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of craniotomy under awake state of anesthesia. Methods: The clinical data and operative results of 8 patients with meningioma in cranial surgery under local anesthesia were analyzed. Results: The procedure was successful. All the tumors were resected in 8 patients. Only 1 patient had self-limited partial seizure during operation, and the rest had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion: It is safe and feasible to cut small convex meningioma under craniotomy with local anesthesia.
