起始年级是实现高职学生自我教育管理过程中起奠基作用的重要环节,班主任老师应抓住这一机会,努力探索。本文就这一点作出阐述,主要探讨班主任老师在加强高职起始年级学生的自觉意识,引导学生重新定位,提高学生自我管理能力等方面的有效途径。
The starting grade is an important part in laying the foundation for the self-education and management of vocational students. The teacher in charge should seize this opportunity and make efforts to explore. This article elaborates on this point and mainly discusses the effective ways that the teacher in charge of class teacher plays an important role in strengthening the students’ self-awareness of the first grade of higher vocational education, guiding the students to reorient and improving their self-management ability.
