目的对中西医结合分型治疗患有咽异感症的患者的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取咽异感症患者94例,将其分为对照组和治疗组,各47例。对照组采用常规西药进行治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上采用中西医结合分型法治疗。结果治疗组患者咽异感控制效果明显优于对照组;出现不良反应的例数明显少于对照组;症状再次复发率明显低于对照组。结论应用中西医结合分型疗法对患有咽异感症的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To study the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patients with pharyngeal abnormalities. Methods Ninety-four patients with dysphagia were divided into control group and treatment group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional western medicine. The treatment group was treated by the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on the basis of the control group. Results The control effect of pharyngeal sensation in treatment group was better than that in control group. The number of adverse reactions was significantly less than that in control group. The relapse rate of symptoms was significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of treating patients with pharyngeal dysarthria by using traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with typing therapy is very obvious.
