本报告对轻工业部部颁标准《QB721-79》中脂肪酸碳数分布的测定进行了考查。我们使用的操作条件和部颁标准中的规定基本一致,但结果不尽相同。部颁标准有:“用峰面积归一化法定量,各个单碳酸的校正因子均取1。”可是,我们在改装成手动升温的SP-2305E型色谱仪上实测的各单碳酸的相对重量校正因子差别很大。在定量计算时,如果校正因子均取l,将造成C5-9 酸和高碳酸的测定结果偏低。安装稳流阀后,高碳部份测定结果偏低的现象得到克服,但C5-9酸
This report examines the determination of the carbon number distribution of fatty acids in the Ministry of Light Industry’s ministerial standard “QB721-79.” The operating conditions we use are basically the same as those set forth in the ministerial standards, but the results are not the same. The ministerial standards are: “with the peak area normalization method, each single carbonate correction factor is taken 1.” However, we converted to a manually warmed SP-2305E-type chromatographic apparatus measured on the relative weight of each monocarbonate Correction factors vary widely.
