2002年8月16日最高人民法院、最高人民检察院发布公告,要求从2002年8月23日起施行《关于办理非法生产、销售、使用禁止在饲料和动物饮用水中使用的药品等刑事案件具体应用法律若干问题的解释》。农业部办公厅转发了这一文件,要求各地深入学习、广泛宣传,进一步提高对依法惩治非法生产、销售、使用禁止在饲料和动物饮用水中使用的药品等的认识,各地在查处非法生产、销售、使用禁止在饲料和动物饮用水中使用的药品等,并公布了联系电话:(010)64192848 64193157 传真:(010)64192869。现将主要内容刊登如下:
