我院自１９９０年３月以来在尸体肾移植术后应用单克隆抗体ＯＫＴ３共４４例，其中治疗难治性急性排斥２２例，逆转率为８６．４％；术后短期应用预防急性排斥２２例，术后１个月排斥发生率为１８．２％。ＯＫＴ３副反应主要为发热、寒颤、胸闷等。认为ＯＫＴ３治疗难治性排斥效果显著，而用于短期预防，排斥发生率降低不明显。患者对ＯＫＴ３的副反应耐受性较好。

OKT3 side effects mainly fever, chills, chest tightness and so on. OKT3 refractory refractory rejection was considered significant, but for short-term prevention, the incidence of rejection was not significantly reduced. Patient tolerance to OKT3 is better.
