军队图书馆建设,是伴随着中国特色军事变革和军队院校改革的历史进程,不断创新发展的。本文通过剖析军队图书馆在发展过程中所存在的不足,结合与可持续发展存在的差距,提出军队图书馆建设与发展的步骤和方法。
The construction of the army library has been constantly innovated and developed along with the historical process of military reform with Chinese characteristics and the reform of military academies and universities. By analyzing the shortcomings in the development of the military library and combining the gap with the sustainable development, this paper puts forward the steps and methods for the construction and development of the military library.
