用酸性硫脲溶液从载钯P-950哌啶树脂解吸钯的动力学研究结果表明,该解吸过程的动力学遵循Boyd液膜扩散方程,解吸钯的速率随盐酸浓度的增加而下降;当温度升高时,解吸速率增加;提高硫脲浓度,有利于钯的解吸。实验测得的液膜扩散系数K=7.30×10-2s-1,解吸表观活化能Ea=19.03kJ/mol。
The kinetics of desorption of palladium from palladium-palladium P-950 piperidine resin with acidic thiourea showed that the kinetics of the desorption followed the Boyd liquid membrane diffusion equation and the desorption rate of palladium decreased with the increase of hydrochloric acid concentration. When the temperature Increasing, the desorption rate increased; increase the concentration of thiourea, is conducive to palladium desorption. Experimental measured liquid film diffusion coefficient K = 7.30 × 10-2s-1, desorption apparent activation energy Ea = 19.03kJ / mol.
