采用中国药典1995年版中头孢哌酮的流动相对头孢唑啉进行测定,样品峰与内标峰的分离度为5.64,多次进样的RSD为0.79%。 头孢唑啉和头孢哌酮均为临床常用药,也是日常检验经常检测的两种抗生素,中国药典1995年版中收载的这两个品种的含量测定方法均为高效液相色谱法,但流动相的选择有所不同,检验中我们试用头孢哌酮的流动相对头孢唑啉进行检测,结果良好,样品峰与内标峰的分离度为5.64,多次进样的RSD为0.79%,而中国药典的1995年版中头孢唑啉的含量测定要求样品峰与内标峰的分离度为4.0,多次进样的RSD为2.0%,该方法均达到药典要求。
