今年,上海教育论坛的主题是“现代化城市:职业教育与职业培训”。这个主题的确定,体现了对于城市现代化内涵的认识正在进一步深入。当今中国正在努力实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标,而作为国内经济最为发达的地区,上海始终在这一进程中处于最前沿的位置。坚持“科教兴市”战略,高度重视职业教育与职业培训,使各种类型的相关行业和职业都能够得到健康发展,上海才能建设成为一个体现先进生产力和先进文化的、实现高度和谐发展的城市。在这一认识的基础上,对职业教育与培训的意义和内容的理解,就逐步全面、逐步深入了。
