在举国上下欢欣鼓舞迎接中华人民共和国成立三十八周年的时候,我院全体师生又以十分喜悦的心情,迎来了建校四十周年的校庆.为庆祝我校建校四十周年,促进学术交流,活跃学术思想,我们在这本《校庆四十周年专辑》中刊登了“长春邮电学院1978—1987科研成果汇编”.本“汇编”分两部分,第一部分汇集了我院七八年以来的论文目录.其中在省级刊物及学术会议发表交流的论文161篇,在全国性刊物及学术会议发表交流的论文54篇,在国外刊物及国际学术会议发表交流的论文12篇,专著、译著、全国统编教材25部.
