1病例报告患者女,28岁。自诉无明显诱因出现间断性右上腹隐痛近2年,伴嗳气、腹胀,无反酸、烧心、吞咽困难等,间断服用抑酸药物、促胃动力药等效果不明显来我院就诊。查体:右上腹部压痛阳性,无其他阳性体征。胃镜检查发现十二指肠壶腹部息肉样隆起,大小0.6cm×0.5cm,病理学检查显示,管状腺瘤形成倾向,局灶见少量异型细胞团结构,初步诊断为类癌。免疫组化检
A case report patient female, 28 years old. No obvious cause of private prosecution appear intermittent right upper quadrant pain for nearly 2 years, with belching, bloating, no acid reflux, heartburn, difficulty swallowing, intermittent taking acid-suppressing drugs, promoting gastric motor drug effect is not obvious to our hospital.
