本文报道了广西１９９３年抽检１０４份瓶装矿泉水的检查结果，合格５８份，合格率为５５．７７％。不合格的主要原因是细菌总数超标，最高可达５００倍，文中讨论了瓶装矿泉水受微生物污染的主要环节，并提出了相应的解决方法。
This paper reports the inspection results of 104 samples of bottled mineral water sampled in Guangxi in 1993, and passed the examination of 58 samples with a pass rate of 55.77%. The main reason for unqualified is the total number of bacteria exceeded the maximum 500 times, the paper discussed the bottled mineral water by microbial contamination of the main part, and put forward the corresponding solution.
