目的总结痔上黏膜环形切除钉合术(PPH)治疗重度痔的临床经验。方法回顾性分析我院2001年5月至2004年12月PPH治疗重度痔510例患者的临床资料。结果510例患者平均手术时间12 min。508例临床效果良好,2例效果欠佳,表现为痔块回缩不明显。术后并发症主要为肛门疼痛30例,肛门坠胀100例,大便带血90例,暂时性排便感觉异常5例,吻合口肉芽肿1例。结论PPH治疗重度痔疗效肯定,并发症少,患者康复快。
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of hemorrhoids and mucosal circumcision and stapling (PPH) in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids. Methods The clinical data of 510 patients with severe hemorrhoids treated with PPH from May 2001 to December 2004 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results The average operation time of 510 patients was 12 min. 508 cases of good clinical results, 2 cases of poor results, manifested as hemorrhoids block retraction is not obvious. Postoperative complications were mainly anal pain in 30 cases, anal ankle swelling in 100 cases, 90 cases of stool bloody, temporary defecation sensory abnormalities in 5 cases, anastomotic granuloma in 1 case. Conclusions PPH is effective in treating severe hemorrhoids with fewer complications and faster rehabilitation.
