目的:分析帆状脐带入口与胎儿生长受限的相关性。方法:回顾分析2015年1月~2017年12月我院收治9141名孕妇临床及超声资料,从中筛选出帆状脐带入口与胎儿生长受限病例。结果:全体孕妇中胎儿生长受限发生率为0.6%。帆状脐带入口组内胎儿帆状脐带入口组内胎儿生长受限发生率为2.2%。结论:帆状脐带入口并胎儿生长受限仅1例,该病例胎膜段血管70mm明显长于其他帆状脐带入口病例。由此可见胎膜段脐血管长度对帆状脐带入口的围产结局起着重要的作用。
Objective: To analyze the correlation between the sail-shaped umbilical cord entrance and fetal growth restriction. Methods: The clinical and ultrasound data of 9,141 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The results of screening of sail-like umbilical cord entrance and fetal growth restriction were analyzed. Results: The overall incidence of fetal growth restriction among pregnant women was 0.6%. The incidence of fetal growth restriction was 2.2% in the sail-like umbilical cord entry group in the sail-like umbilical cord entry group. CONCLUSIONS: Only one case of sail-shaped umbilical cord entrance and limited fetal growth was found. In this case, 70 mm of the fetal segment blood vessels were significantly longer than those of other sail-shaped umbilical cord implants. This shows that the fetal umbilical cord vascular length of the umbilical cord-like entrance of the perinatal outcome plays an important role.
