几年来,从国内外引进500多个甘薯品种,经过重病区的多点重复试验、和示范推广结果:豆沙薯品种表现抗瘟性、丰产性等性能较好。 形态 豆沙薯系莆田地区农科所于1972年从广东海丰县捷胜公社五爱大队引进。此品种叶片肥大、心脏形、青绿色,叶脉紫色,株型直立。茎粗壮长1—2米、青绿带紫。薯块长筒形,中型、皮紫兰色、肉黄白色、结薯集中、数多。
