为甘薯抗病育种筛选出了可直接利用的抗性亲本,济薯10 号和鲁薯7 号尤为突出,兼抗三病,是优异的抗性材料。通过研究分析亲本的抗病性、干率与后代的关系,可看出亲本的高抗根腐病和高干率性状,可同时遗传给后代,杂交后代茎线虫病的抗性水平随干率的大幅度提高而降低,采用梯度杂交和回交的方法有望获得理想效果
Screening out the resistant parents that can be directly used for the disease-resistant breeding of sweet potato, especially the shu-shu 10 and the shu-shu 7, and the anti-three disease, which are excellent resistant materials. By analyzing the relationship between disease resistance and dry rate of the parents and their offspring, we can see that the parents are highly resistant to root rot and high dry matter traits, and can be passed on to offspring at the same time. Amplitude increases and decreases, the use of gradient hybridization and backcrossing method is expected to obtain the desired effect
