采用浸入式水口浇注钢水过程中,尤其在浇铸铝镇静钢时,经常因Al2O3附着水口壁发生结瘤,甚至堵塞,不仅降低生产效率和水口的使用寿命,还会影响铸坯质量。从水口堵塞物的来源、微观结构、分布状况以及堵塞物的形成等方面,分析了浸入式水口的堵塞机理。介绍了国内外防止浸入式水口结瘤和堵塞的新技术。针对水口堵塞问题,提出优化水口结构、合理选用水口材质、提高钢水洁净度等改进措施。
In the process of pouring molten steel with submerged nozzle, especially when casting aluminum killed steel, nodulation or clogging often occurs due to the attached Al2O3 nozzle wall, which not only reduces the production efficiency and the service life of the nozzle, but also affects the quality of the slab. The plugging mechanism of submerged nozzle was analyzed from the aspects of the source, microstructure and distribution of plugging and the formation of plugging. Introduced the new technology of preventing the junction and plugging of submerged nozzle at home and abroad. Aiming at the problem of water blockage, this paper puts forward some improvement measures such as optimizing the structure of water outlet, choosing the material of water outlet reasonably, and improving the cleanliness of molten steel.
