草鱼是深受广大群众所喜爱的鱼类,但是,发病率高,特别是近年来由于池塘养鱼事业的迅速发展,在养殖水平和防病措施没有及时跟上的情况下,随着单位面积放养密度的不断增加和鱼种的广泛交流,致使草鱼疾病的发生有增无减,经济损失严重。为了有效地防治草鱼死亡率较高的烂鳃病、赤皮病和肠炎病(简称草鱼“三病”),我们采用药源广、使用方便、费用低廉的中草药进行试验。现就1986年度试验情况报告于后。 一、试验内容 试验包括室内抑菌和室外大塘试验两大部份。室内试验在省生物药厂实验室进行,
