旅游市场的繁荣带来了酒店行业的蓬勃发展,成为真正意义上旅游业的三大支柱之一。但同时,作为综合性的向客人提供完善的有形设施和优质的无形服务的酒店业的竞争日益激烈,受酒店业工作时间长、工作强度大、保险保障严重滞后、薪资福利与员工期望值相差甚远等众多因素影响,酒店员工的流失已经成为酒店行业的重大症结之一。本文通过对酒店员工流失原因的剖析,从保险保障、激励机制等多方面提出有助于缓解和解决酒店员工流失问题的策略,促进酒店健康、持续发展。
The prosperity of the tourism market has brought about the vigorous development of the hotel industry and has become one of the three pillars of tourism in the true sense. However, at the same time, the competition in the hotel industry, which provides comprehensive physical facilities and high-quality intangible services to the guests, has become increasingly fierce. Due to the long working hours in the hotel industry, the intensity of work, the serious delay in insurance protection, and the difference between salary and benefits and employee expectations. Far from many factors, the loss of hotel staff has become one of the major crux of the hotel industry. This article analyzes the causes of hotel staff turnover, and proposes strategies to help alleviate and resolve the problem of hotel staff turnover in terms of insurance protection, incentive mechanisms, and other aspects to promote hotel health and sustainable development.
