比较压力蒸汽灭菌与化学灭菌剂两种灭菌方法对临床口腔器械的灭菌效果。方法 采用悬液定性法进行灭菌实验 ,采用无菌检查法检查口腔器械灭菌效果。结果 有效氯含量 2 0 0 0 m g/ L 的含氯灭菌剂 ,作用40 min,2 %碱性戊二醛 ,作用 4h均不能使手机、吸唾器全部达到无菌 ;压力蒸汽灭菌 135℃ 10 min可使手机、吸唾器全部达到无菌、TT型肝炎病毒 (TTV)、乙型肝炎表面抗原 (HBs Ag)抗原性全部灭活。结论 压力蒸汽灭菌及灭活 TTV,HBs Ag效果可靠。
Comparing the sterilization effects of two kinds of sterilization methods, namely pressure steam sterilization and chemical sterilization agents, on clinical dental instruments. Methods Sterilization method was used to determine the sterilizing effect of oral instruments by sterility test. Results The chlorine-containing sterilizing agent with effective chlorine content of 200 mg/L, for 40 min, 2% basic glutaraldehyde, could not achieve the asepsis of all mobile phones and saliva ejectors for 4 hours; pressure steam sterilization 135 The cell phone and saliva ejector were completely inactivated at 10 °C for 10 min, and all of the antigenicity of HBsAg was completely inactivated by TT hepatitis virus (TTV) and hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg). Conclusion Pressure steam sterilization and inactivation of TTV and HBs Ag are reliable.
