本文采用自编的心理契约问卷对浙江省285名新生代农民工心理契约的现状与所感知的双方责任履行、破坏状况进行实证研究,结果显示:心理契约由“基本、发展和情感责任”三个维度构成;心理契约类型以平衡型关系为主;双方“基本责任”履行得最好,“情感责任”次之;组织契约各维度的破坏程度比员工契约严重。基于此,提出了相应的管理对策和建议。
This paper uses a self-designed psychological contract questionnaire to conduct an empirical study on the status quo of the psychological contract of 285 new-generation migrant workers in Zhejiang Province and their perceived responsibility fulfillment and destruction. The results show that the psychological contract consists of “basic, development and emotional responsibility The three types of psychological contract constitute the most important type of psychological contract. The ”basic responsibility“ of both parties performs best and the second one is ”emotional responsibility". The destruction degree of each dimension of organization contract is more serious than that of employee contract. Based on this, put forward the corresponding management countermeasures and suggestions.
