洋地黄类药物为治疗心力衰竭重要药物之一,但因其有效量与中毒量甚为接近,使用不当,极易发生严重的毒性反应。兹将附属一院及二院四年来经心电图确诊的52例洋地黄类药物所引起的各类心律紊乱加以分析,供监床工作参考。材料来源本组病例系附属一院(1955年1月—1958年12月)及二院(1957年2月—1959年8月)52例住院患者临床材料符合于洋地黄中毒者,且经心电图检查符合于下列条件之一者。
Digitalis drugs for the treatment of one of the important drugs of heart failure, but because of its effective amount and the amount of poisoning is very close, improper use, prone to serious toxic reactions. It is hereby analyzed that various types of heart rhythms caused by 52 digitalis-type drugs confirmed by ECG in the first and second hospitals attached to the hospital for the past four years are for reference of the supervisory work.
