文章介绍了稀土改性钨铼5/20热电偶材料制备方法,分析了钨铼热电偶材料性能影响因素,通过EDS、SEM等分析手段,对微量元素分布、材料微观组织等进行表征,探讨了稀土元素改性对WRe5/20热电偶材料力学、电学以及热电性能的影响规律。该热电偶材料热电性能测试结果显示其测温允差小于0.5%t,具有良好的测温精度和可靠性。
In this paper, the preparation methods of rare earth modified tungsten rhenium 5/20 thermocouple materials are introduced. The influencing factors on the properties of tungsten rhenium thermocouple materials are analyzed. The distribution of trace elements and the microstructure of materials are characterized by means of EDS and SEM. Effect of Rare Earth Element Modification on Mechanical, Electrical and Thermoelectric Properties of WRe5 / 20 Thermocouple Materials. The thermocouple thermoelectric properties of the test results show that the temperature tolerance of less than 0.5% t, with good temperature accuracy and reliability.
