职业道德是伴随人类社会劳动分工的深化而产生和发展起来的高度社会化的角色道德,是社会整体道德的重要组成部分。职业道德同社会整体道德一样,具有历史继承性和时代开拓性,它总是随着社会文明进步向前发展。因而,不同时代、不同行业有着不同的职业道德内容和行为规范。当代的职业道德建设,应当注重吸取中华传统美德,充实和发展自己。“廉洁奉公”“敬业勤业”“诚实守信”“以义制利”“博爱大众”等五种道德理念,对于深化和丰富当代职业道德建设,以及践行社会主义核心价值观,具有重要价值,值得认真对待。
Professional ethics is a highly socialized role ethic that comes into being and develops with the deepening of the division of labor in human society. It is an important part of the moral integrity of society as a whole. Professional ethics, like the overall morality of society, has the historical inheritance and pioneering of the times. It always advances with the progress of social civilization. Thus, different times, different industries have different professional ethics and code of conduct. In the contemporary construction of professional ethics, we should pay attention to absorbing the traditional Chinese virtues and enriching and developing ourselves.
