世界奶业博览会(World Dairy Expo)是一个为期5天展示奶业新技术及优秀奶牛评选的盛会,每年在美国威斯康辛州麦迪逊的Alliant Energy Center举行。在北美可以说是年度最盛大重要的奶牛秀会议,自1967年以来每年10月第一个周如期举行。World Dairy Expo展会每年都会有来自全美及加拿大的奶牛展出,总计有7大奶牛品种群体参加,分别是瑞士褐牛、荷斯坦、红白花、更赛牛、娟珊牛、乳用短角牛和英国艾尔夏牛,最后会在所有参赛奶牛中决出最佳终极奶牛冠军及储备冠军。当然,还有来自全球奶业届的知名企业参展。
