以CDM856E型装载机驾驶室外置式落物保护结构为例,建立落物保护结构(FOPS)的非线性有限元分析模型,模拟落物的动态冲击过程,分析FOPS的变形过程。依据国际标准,对设计的FOPS开展落物冲击性能试验,实物试验数据与仿真结果基本一致,验证了非线性有限元方法的正确性及可行性,避免了实物的反复试验验证。相关设计、试验方法可为FOPS的设计及试验验证提供参考。
In this paper, a non-linear finite element model of FOPS is established by taking the external drop protection structure of CDM856E loader cab as an example to simulate the dynamic impact process of falling objects and to analyze the deformation process of FOPS. According to the international standards, the impact test of falling objects was carried out on the designed FOPS. The physical test data and the simulation results are basically the same, which verified the correctness and feasibility of the nonlinear finite element method and avoided the real experiment. The relevant design and test methods can provide reference for FOPS design and test verification.
