目的比较后尿道吻合术与钬激光尿道狭窄内切开术的疗效。方法 48例后尿道狭窄或闭锁患者分为A、B两组,A组接受尿道吻合术,B组接受钬激光尿道狭窄内切开术。结果两组在手术治疗率、术后尿流率间无统计学意义(P>0.05),但A组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量明显高于B组。结论钬激光尿道狭窄内切开术治疗后尿道狭窄较尿道吻合术同样安全、有效,但钬激光尿道狭窄内切开术微创、可反复操作,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare the curative effect of posterior urethral anastomosis and holmium laser urethral stricture incision. Methods 48 cases of posterior urethral stricture or atresia were divided into two groups A and B, group A received urethral anastomosis, and group B received holmium laser urethral stricture incision. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the surgical treatment rate and the postoperative uroflow rate (P> 0.05). However, the operation time, hospitalization time and intraoperative blood loss in group A were significantly higher than those in group B. Conclusions The treatment of posterior urethral stricture urethral stricture urethral stricture urethral stricture is as safe and effective as urethral anastomosis, but holmium laser urethral stricture incision minimally invasive surgery can be repeated, it is worth clinical promotion.
